 All of my hats are 100% custom from the design to the finishing details and because of this, no two hats are the same. I do not use any stencils or laser printers. My process is to draw out the design on the hat, then burn the design into the hat using a burning tool. Once the burn is done, I use different types of pigments and add a little (sometimes a lot!) of color. When I am satisfied with the design, I add finishing touches like fabric, bands, feathers, cards, pins, patches, etc. 

In my inventory, I have a wide variety of colors, styles, and fabric types. If your preference isn't available, I can order what you want, but allow for a longer completion time. All hats fit most with an adjustable ribbon in the inside. The adjustability makes it fun to change how you wear your hat with different fashion and hair styles.

I ask that you allow at least two weeks for a custom order to be completed. Sometimes it can take less and other times, it can be more. I have a family, a farm, and a full time job. Different seasons bring different commitments, but I try and prioritize orders the best I can. I like to keep my customers in the know so there isn't any wonder as to what I am doing and when it will be ready.
